Tick only on the computer that's always on (the server PC). It reads every product when someone presses "Read prices now" in Bootnet (Admin → Price reader), checks each site's first products every 6 hours and does a full read when prices changed, and runs the calendar's Update deliveries. Keep it signed in to the ordering sites and this extension, awake, and not locked.
